Got home a few minutes ago and ran the install CD on a Dell PC running Windows-XP SP-2, following the directions in the Owner's Manual and in the install program exactly. When the driver and software install was finished, I plugged the camera into a USB porst and it worked precisely as it was supposed to perform. The image is quite grainy at full screen, but that's to be expected as the camera only produces an image of 640 X 480 pixels. What would one expect for $5.00? In the normal display window, the image is quite acceptable. For those having problems with this product, try reading and following the installation instructions precisely.
