My thoughts:
Are you kidding me?! God is going to protect Kentucky? Where was God when the towers came down? Will he be riding a unicorn too? This scares the hell out of me that our government is relying on mythological creatures to protect us.

Now I will be honest that people find protection in higher powers, but it shouldn’t be related to government.
